Videos of female role models help get construction careers on the radar screens of women and girls because they’re able to see someone who looks like them on the job, especially doing hands-on work in a field setting.

In this DVD, three dynamic women who have staked out successful careers in the construction industry will inspire female students to explore new career pathways.

The 24-minute video features three 8-minute video profiles of women with successful careers in construction:

Women in Technology Outreach Kit

It isn't easy to develop outreach materials to recruit women to fields like construction and trades!
